A Thoughtful Update to Our Venue Packages

At Collective Spaces, we’ve always been very intentional about how and why we do things. This space was created to hold meaningful moments, and as our community has grown, so has our responsibility to care for it — and for the people who gather here.

Over the past year, I’ve spent time paying attention to what actually makes events feel seamless and supported from start to finish. What’s become clear is that the most successful experiences are the ones that have enough time built in — for setup, for flow, for breathing room, and for an unrushed close.

With that in mind, we’re making a thoughtful update to how our venue is booked.

What’s Changing

Beginning February 1, full-venue rentals at Collective Spaces will be offered in three clear tiers:

  • 8 hours – best suited for streamlined events and productions

  • 12 hours – our most popular option, allowing for full setup, event time, and breakdown

  • 16 hours – a full buyout experience for weddings, large-scale events, and extended celebrations

This simplified structure replaces shorter, fragmented options and allows us to better support the full lifecycle of an event.

Why We’re Making This Shift

This change isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing things well.

By offering fewer, more intentional options, we’re able to:

  • Support better event flow and pacing

  • Reduce last-minute extensions and stress

  • Ensure consistent staffing, security, and preparation

  • Continue caring for a historic space that sees a lot of love

Ultimately, this allows us to show up more fully for our clients and deliver the kind of experience we’re known for.

What This Means for You

If you’ve already booked with us, nothing changes — your existing agreement stands as is. If you’re still in the planning phase, I’m happy to talk through the new options with you and help you decide what makes the most sense for your event.

As always, my goal is to be a thoughtful partner in the process. If you have questions, need clarity, or want to explore what’s possible, I’m here.

Thank you for continuing to trust Collective Spaces with your moments.
