The Loft accommodates up to 130 guests for seated events and up to 200 guests for standing receptions.
Every rental includes AV equipment, 15 six-foot round tables, 10 cocktail tables, 150 black resin chairs, black and white linens, a commercial refrigerator, ice machine, food warmer, dishwasher, and microwave. All rentals also include access to our on-site team.
The Loft has a full commercial warming kitchen available for warming and staging food. We do not have a cooking kitchen — all food must be prepared offsite by your caterer. Kitchen equipment includes a warmer and hotbox, commercial refrigerator, ice machine, dishwasher, and microwave.
The Loft works with an approved list of catering vendors. Outside catering is welcome with a catering fee. Bar service is provided exclusively through our required bar vendor, Stem & Vine.
Yes. AV equipment is included in every venue rental at no additional cost (incl. built-in projector/screen, microphones, built-in speakers)
