Thank you for considering The Loft for your upcoming event. We're excited about the possibility of hosting you in our 5,500 sq ft boutique event space in the heart of downtown Baltimore. Below are our available packages and pricing.
The Space

The Loft is a full-floor buyout — every booking gets exclusive use of the entire space.

Rental includes basic linens, public Wi-Fi, basic A/V, rolling coat rack, limited security support.
Please note:
Your booking window must account for all setup and breakdown time, as access to the venue begins and ends with your reserved hours.

Additional Considerations
All licensed and insured caterers are welcome. However, we have a required catering list for your convenience. If you would like to us a caterer outside of our required list, a $750 fee will apply.
Bartending service is required and must be booked through our bartending vendor partners.
Due to the historical nature of our building, day-of event insurance is required.
To secure your date, a non-refundable 50% initial payment plus a refundable $800 Damage & Infraction fee is required.
Trash and refuse disposal can be pre-arranged for an additional $300.
Additional hours may be added to each package at $350 (weekday)/$450 (weekend) per hour.
Events extending past midnight will incur a $500 per hour fee.
Need hourly? No problem. The space can be booked at a rate of $500 per hour, with a 3 hour minimum!
