Cancellation Policy
Family Photo Sessions: Because sessions are scheduled and time-based, photo session bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your photo session, you may move to another available time slot up to 48 hours before the event. Rescheduling within 48 hours is not guaranteed. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session, your payment is forfeited. Event Cancellation: If Collective Spaces must cancel the event for any reason, all guests will receive a full refund for both admission and photo sessions.
